Frank Chindamo

Frank founded LaughMD, which is currently in use at USC’s Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. Frank is a vetted professional in humor therapy, working with Certified Humor Professionals through the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor.
An Adjunct Professor in Web Video at schools including USC, UCLA, Pepperdine and Chapman Universities in web video, he began his media career in writing and production at SNL and Ghostbusters. Frank then won 30+ awards for producing comedy videos for HBO, Showtime, CBS, and more. He then launched the world’s first mobile comedy channel, featured on the front pages of Forbes, LA Times, WSJ and NY Times.
Sheri Marcus

Sheri’s background is rooted in collaborative problem solving. Her tenure as an Assistant Art Director and Personal Assistant has informed her expertise in working with C-level executives, handling a wide variety of tasks that allow them to focus on decision-making and higher-level responsibilities.
Sheri is also an illustrator and an award-wining artist specializing in Encaustic Painting. Her well-rounded experiences deliver a unique perspective to the team.
Nicole Tisdale

Ms. Tisdale, is a Behavior Analyst of over 20 years, engineering scientific behavior analytic approaches, designing effective behavior change programs to increase socially significant behaviors across the developmental lifespan of individuals with a diagnosis of autism and those demonstrating challenging behaviors. In 1996, Ms. Tisdale earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and in 2008 a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis as well as joining the ranks of certified professionals becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Currently, she continues in doctoral studies in Organizational Behavior Management.

Lawrence has a unique perspective shaped by his "in the trenches" clinical approach and values leading by example.
Lawrence is often referred to as a "Professor" due to his ability to teach groups how to find hope in challenging times. He utilizes "Frame of references" to bring clarity to real-life situations where hopelessness and fear have prevailed. By sharing personal stories through conversation, Lawrence is able to connect with his audience and clients on an intimate, intense, and individual level.
Throughout his career, Lawrence has held leadership positions such as Vice President, Chief Executive Officer, and Senior Consultant for public and privately traded healthcare organizations. He is a Licensed Psychotherapist, Licensed Marriage Therapist, and Licensed Family Therapist. Additionally, he holds certifications in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, Personal Training, Grief and Bereavement Therapy, and Anger Management Therapy. Lawrence was also the owner of Lake Houston Gym and Fitness.

For many years, Cheryl served on the California Board of Pharmacy, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to protecting and promoting the health and safety of Californians. Since 2013, she has tirelessly worked to ensure the highest quality of pharmacist's care and the appropriate use of pharmaceuticals. Through her efforts in education, communication, licensing, legislation, regulation, and enforcement, Cheryl has played a vital role in safeguarding the well-being of the community.
Reflecting on her time on the Board of Pharmacy, Cheryl expresses deep gratitude for the opportunity to serve Californians. She attributes her strong values of Dr. Martin Luther King's dream and the call to service to her parents, and she has strived to honor these principles throughout her career as a pharmacist and union representative.
